While booking a ticket in advance isn’t required, we highly recommend it. The flat has limited capacity, and during busy times, it can fill up quickly, meaning you may need to wait before entering

If you haven't booked in advance, you can still purchase tickets with cash or card at GIFTED SOFIA, located at 24 Ivan Denkoglu St., subject to availability at the time.

You're welcome to take photos for personal use during your visit. However, filming long-format videos or sharing extensive content of The Red Flat online is strictly prohibited. If you wish to film inside the flat, please contact us in advance for permission.

If you miss your reserved time slot, we cannot guarantee immediate entry upon arrival. You may need to wait until the next available slot opens up.

Unfortunately, like many buildings in the center of Sofia, the one housing The Red Flat is not accessible for individuals with reduced mobility or wheelchair users.

Please arrive at Ivan Denkoglu Street 24 (GIFTED SOFIA SHOP) to collect your ticket. Only after receiving your ticket will you be given the exact location of The Red Flat.

Parking in the center of Sofia is very limited. While The Red Flat is in a 'blue zone' with paid parking available for up to 2 hours, finding a spot can be quite difficult. We strongly recommend using public transport or walking. The nearest metro station is Serdika, and trams 1, 5, 7, 10, 12, 15, and 18 also stop nearby.
