365 ASSOCIATION IS A BULGARIAN NON-PROFIT, NON-GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION THAT WORKS IN THE AREA OF TOURISM AND CULTURE.
Currently their biggest projects are the Free Sofia Tour and Free Plovdiv Tour – free everyday tours in Bulgaria’s two biggest cities. Some of their other projects include the Communist Tour, Culture Tour, Alternative Tour, Kapana Arts and Crafts Distrcit Tour and others. The Association started through one man’s enthusiasm and passion and ever since they have been around they became a distinct symbol for innovative and unconventional tourism in Bulgaria. They constantly try to reinvest and engage more effort in the sector of tourism and culture and that is why they became part of the idea behind the project: “Red Flat”, aiming to project an honest view on the everyday life of Bulgarians during the last stage of Communism in our country.
Vаleri Gyurov is the other partner and face of the project: “The Red Flat”. He is also the founder of GIFTED urban culture hub which is a one of a kind space, developed in collaboration with the 365 Association / Free Sofia Tour and dedicated to travelers and urban art explorers. Situated right next to the pedestrian zone, it has a modern gift shop with locally designed and produced items only, and a cozy gallery showing contemporary Bulgarian art and design. Furthermore, Gifted provides tourist information, free maps, guides and information about other tours and cultural activities in the region. Gifted is the starting point of the Red Flat experience and also the location from which you can buy tickets to enter the space.
